The Biography
American writer who worked on various Warner Animation Group projects (Looney Tunes, Animaniacs, Pinky & The Brain, Tom & Jerry, Scooby-Doo, etc...) and the Walt Disney Company (Kim Possible, Brandy and Mr. Whiskers, The Muppets, etc...). He died Sept. 19, 2011 due to complications from liver cancer at 60. Kress won two Emmy Awards and an Annie Award for writing episodes of βPinky and the Brainβ for Warner Bros. and was nominated for an episode of βAnimaniacs.β He wrote the last Road Runner short, 2000βs βLittle Go Beep.β He produced several DVDs of Hanna-Barbera and Warner Bros. classic cartoons and penned comicbooks for βThe Simpsonsβ and Looney Tunes.
