JΓΌri Vlassov (born April 23, 1948 in PΓ€rnu) is an Estonian actor and singer. He works at the Endla theater in PΓ€rnu and sang in the ensemble Kuldne Trio. Vlassov has been a member of the Estonian Reform Party since 1999. He ran for the Riigikogu elections in 2007 and collected 1,877 votes.
