Anna Karin Elisabet Ekelund was a Swedish stage and screen actress. She graduated from the Royal Dramatic Theatre's acting school in 1933. She made film debut in Sigurd WallΓ©n's "Giftasvuxna dΓΆttrar" (1933). Karin Ekelund had great artistic success in the year 1940 in films like Anders Henrikson's "Ett Brott" and Hasse Ekman's "Med dig i mina armar".
